40 Inspirational Quotes To Motivate And Empower You

Almost every morning I start my day by reading something that will either help me grow spiritually, personally, or professionally—and totally kicked my nasty habit of watching the dreadful doom and gloom news. Ugh. And it’s not that I don’t want to know what’s going on, or pray for those who are in desperate need of it…I just couldn’t take the 1-sided viewpoints and constant drama, turmoil, chaos, and stress.

Yet I was actually pleasantly surprised to learn just how good of a choice that was for me. Wake up, get coffee, settle in for some daily inspiration and motivation—yes, please!

Throughout all my reading and researching, I’ve saved countless hundreds of quotes that seriously resonated with me, and have stuck with me to this day. A lot of my Instagram postings are usually paraphrased by a quote that really inspired me. Sometimes I’ve posted just so I could share a quote because it was just that good.

Here are some of my favorites and I’ve included a few of the pics that I used for the Insta post. I hope all—or some—of these inspired and motivate you the same way they do for me. 🙂

By being itself, the sun warms with its light, never withholding or warming only certain things of the Earth. Rather, the sun emanates in all directions all the time, and things grow. In the same way, when we are authentic, expressing our warmth and light in all directions, we cause things around us to grow. When our souls like little suns express the light of who we are, we emanate what Jesus called love and what Buddha called compassion, and the roots of community lengthen.” ~Book Of Awakening

The future can be reprogrammed in this moment. We don’t need another seminar, another degree, another lifetime, or anyone’s approval in order for this to happen. All we have to do is ask for a miracle and allow it to happen…not resist it. There can be a new beginning, a life better than the past. Our relationships, careers, bodies, and planet shall be made new. So shall the will of God be done. Not later but now. Not elsewhere but here. Not through pain but through peace. So be it.
