This is a great way to “soup up” the basic air squat. No equipment needed. If you’re a beginner, keep practicing the basic squat until you’re ready to take it to the next Extreme level.
The same as with the basic squat, keep your back straight and core tight. When you lower your butt toward the floor, be sure not to let your knees overlap your toes. Get your ass as low as possible, hovering just above the ground then stand back up and repeat.
