Bench Chest Press

A great exercise to work your chest muscles and your arms. You will need two powerblocks (dumbbells) and a bench.

The Breakdown
Sit on the bench. Holding the weights in your lap, lay back and bring the powerblocks to your chest elevating them slightly above it. Push up until your arms are straight (but not locked), then slowly lower back down to just above your chest. Repeat.
