This is a great exercise to tighten and shape your butt. You will need a bench (you could also use a sturdy chair or stairs if you live in a two-story home) and powerblocks (or dumbbells).
Holding a powerblock (dumbbell in each hand) put one foot on the bench and step up. Slowly swing back your stationary leg and squeeze your butt. Bring your stationary leg back in and lower back down to the floor. Once you’ve finished on that side, swap to the other side and repeat.
