Bent Knee Jumping Jack

This is an excellent exercise that will rev up your heartbeat and get your muscles warmed up. No equipment is needed for this.

The Breakdown
Stand with your feet a about shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent, arms at your sides. Keep your back straight and core tight. Jump your feet out wide and swing your hands into the air above your head. As you lower your hands back to your sides, hop your feet back to shoulder width apart. Repeat.
