Bicep Curl & Bent Over Bicep Curl

This exercise tagets your biceps and you will need two powerblocks or dumbbells.

This video will show the basic bi curl.

The Breakdown
Holding the weights in both hands at your sides, stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and keep your back straight and core tight. Lock your elbows in position at your sides then slowly curl up and lower back down. You can also alternate sides and so one at a time.

This is the Bent Over Bi Curl.
