Blaster Pushups

This is an intense upgrade to the pushup and if you’re still a beginner then definitely keep practicing the basic pushup (click here for that demo). But if you’re ready to push yourself to the extreme and do something that will shred fat off even faster, then the Blaster Pushup is for you! Check it out.
