A fantastic upper body workout that targets your chest, shoulders, back and triceps. In this video, I’ll go over how to do it regularly and a more simple way if you’re just starting out. No equipment is needed.
Stand with your feet wide and bend down and place your hands a little more than shoulder width apart on the ground. Your body will be in a triangular shape. Lower into the shoulder press, then slide forward and arch your back and tilt your head up. Slowly slide back into the triangular position.
