Extreme 3-Way Circuit (home workout)

This is a great full body workout using just your body weight and an exercise mat. No other equipment is needed 🙂

**If you are not familiar with any of these exercises, click on each one under “The Breakdown” to view a demonstration of proper form and movement.**

The Breakdown
10 Squats
10 Pushups
10 Leg Lift/Butt Hops

Repeat the circuit 5 times as fast as you can for time. I did this workout in: 6:49
