I completed this workout in: 14:19 and I am really feeling the burn throughout my entire body. How about you? What was your time?
How’d you do? Were you able to keep up with me?
PS: Do you struggle with depression and/or anxiety? You could totally be deficient in Vitamin D! Low levels of it have been linked to anxiety, depression, and fatigue. Be mindful that a lot of people have issues with absorption, especially if you suffer from GI issues like IBS or are taking antacids. Having a quality (triple inspected) highly absorbable Vitamin D—like Isotonix—is imperative. You get what you pay for with supplements. Period.
I always try to view my health as an investment, not an expense.
