10 Dumbbell Bench Step ups using Left leg to step
10 Dumbbell Bench Step ups using Right leg to step
10 Pushups/dumbbell rowes (I use 15 lb db)
10 Steering Wheels (alternating)
10 Dumbbell Bicep Curls
10 Shoulder Raises with dumbbells
10 Ab Rollers
10 Bench Crunch
