After viewing the tutorial AND doing a warm up, now it’s time to dive straight into our Extreme Workout 🙂
Round 1 will consist of two exercises done in “Superset Style” back-to-back.
The Breakdown
– 10 Lunge with Straight Leg Lift using Dip Station
– 10 Pull-ups using Dip Station
**Repeat this superset five times as fast as you can**
My time to complete Round 1 was: 6:36
Whew, now that Round 1 is finished, it’s time to move on to Round 2, which is two more “Superset Style” exercises.
The Breakdown
– 10 Squat with Oblique Twist on Dip Station
– 10 Angled Pull-ups using Dip Station
**Repeat this superset five times as fast as you can**
My time to complete Round 2 was: 7:51
Okay, I’m totally out of breath but that’s not going to stop me from finishing this workout. It’s time for Round 3!
The Breakdown
– 10 Bicycles using floor matt
– 10 Knee Raises with Dip Station

My time to complete Round 3 was: 4:48
