Extreme Water Jug Blast (home workout)

This workout was a lot of fun to create…and by fun, I mean the kicking-your-ass kinda fun 🙂 I’ve received a lot of private messages from so many of you that don’t have powerblocks or dumbbells but still want to do a workout that’s more challenging than just using body weight alone. This entire circuit uses WATER JUGS for weights, and the only other things you’ll need is a chair (or bench) and an exercise mat (or something to lay on while doing the ab portion of the workout). That’s it.

We will be doing two rounds as fast as possible and will record our times for each round. If you can beat my times or keep up with me, this entire workout will be less than twenty minutes. However, as always, I do encourage you to warmup beforehand. And NO STRETCHING until after the workout.

    Wow! Those scissor jump knee raises are serious! Will take practice to master my balance on those.
