10 Juicing Recipes For Detoxing

½ a lime

Ingredients: (serves one person)
1 diced apple
2 peeled and chopped kiwi pieces
Fresh lime juice

Beet apple and blackberry juice:

3 beets (small)
About 2-3 apples
8 oz blackberries
½ inch freshly cut ginger
Blend in everything together until you get a rich velvety colour and texture.
Dandelion and Berry bliss:
Contrary to the popular belief, organic juices are nowhere similar to other kinds of juices where you have no texture no pulp just an even liquid consistency. In fact the pulpier the juice, the healthier it is! The pulp contains the fibre and other minerals necessary for proper cleansing. The Dandelion and Berry bliss is one instance where pulpy texture actually contributes to its taste.
2 cup chopped strawberries
A cup of dandelion leaves for taste
1 cup sliced raspberries
A small sliced and cleaned chilli

1 small sliced pineapple
1 inch peeled ginger
A medium sized kiwi

Blossoming Lotus Aide
A simple, easy to make yet exotic drink, the blossoming lotus juice is completely herbal and very appealing for the tongue. It keeps you refreshed and healthy, helping you increase your immunity and stamina. The apples, lime, ginger and cilantro ensure proper cleansing of the blood and providing extra strength.
5 large corded Fuji apples
A 2 inch sliced ginger
1 medium sized lime
Few white basil leaves
7 sectioned springs of cilantro
Blend in everything together and serve the concoction with ice. Such drinks are ideally suited for summer parties and get together.
Garden green coco
This a much more than a simple coconut water, it has the nutrition of green leafy vegetables and the refreshing taste of coconuts. Rich in potassium and electrolytes, coconuts are considered to be great energy boosters. Perfect refreshment after a long hour in the gym! The high water content and minerals are great for sweltering summers.
1 Thai coconut
A handful of green kale
A bunch of spinach
½ a banana
Add the coconut water then add the coconut flesh, kale, spinach and banana. Blend it all for about 30 seconds and you’ve got the perfect smoothie.
Spice C juice:
Very tasty and nutritious, the Spice C might sound like an odd name but it’s this uniqueness that has made this recipe a hit among dieticians. As the name suggests, the hot jalapenos, citrus orange and pineapple make one amazing drink that is neither too spicy nor too comfy, its perfect! Kick-start your day with a glass of Spice C juice for better productivity.
Quarter of a pineapple
1 peeled orange
½ cup cilantro
½ seeded and small jalapenos
Put everything in the juicer and blend it consistently, unless you like it pulpy.
Ginger is a natural antioxidant that effectively purifies the blood and removes the harmful wastes from the body. High on energy and nutrition, this drink has a ginger base and a number of the fruits and vegetable for better taste. Cucumbers, kale, parsley, lemon, green apple and spinach – what better recipe to strengthen your bones and cleanseyour body!
2 stalks of celery
½ a cucumber
1.5 cm of chopped ginger
½ cup parsley
1 green apple
And 2 spinach bunches
Blend it all, just ensure that you do not do away with the pulp, it adds texture and enhances the taste of the juice.
Carrot and turmeric juice:
Carrots are rich in Vitamin A, while turmeric is known for its healing properties. Other ingredients such as lime, orange and apples are rich in vitamin C that provides more stamina and boosts your immunity.
