Half Burpee w/Jump Squat

This is a full body exercise that uses only your body weight. It’s intense and gets your heart pumping…an excellent form of cardio.

The Breakdown
Get into the plank position as if you were going to do a pushup, then jump your legs to your hands. You will be in a frogger position (or the low motion of the squat), jump up and drop back down into the squat, then hop back into the plank position.
