A ‘friendly’ microbe that lives in our digestive system. Lactobacillus produce lactic acid which helps make your digestive system less hospitable for undesirable microbes. Lactobacillus helps improve the digestion of foods and also help support a healthy immune system.     Hi Ashley,

    I am now entering my 4th week of my Plexus journey & came across your website while searching for information about Vital Biome. I enjoy reading other people’s testimonies and how Plexus has helped them and found your website very informative.

    Just to give you a little background about myself, I am 51 years old and suffer from a lot of different “ailments” that keep me from living the life that I so want to live. I have scoliosis and suffer from back pain, high blood pressure (not too high, low dose lisinopril), acid reflux (taking Prilosec-not like I should due to what it does to your body), hypothyroidism (taking generic synthroid), along with other symptoms such as mild depression, no energy, always feeling tired, difficulty concentrating, just to name a few. I’m a train wreck!!!
    Depression, high blood pressure, GERD and diabetes runs in our family and here I am, part of that group.
    I spend each day dealing with a lot of pain that, after researching, sounds much like fibromyalgia. My hands, elbows, feet, shoulders and low back causes me a ridiculous amount of pain most days, which keeps me from being able to exercise the way that I would like to. Just simple things like going out for a brief walk is too painful right now.
    I turned to Plexus after seeing many posts on Facebook from my Aunt, who is currently dealing with pancreatic cancer, said that while using Plexus, it has helped her tumors decrease in size! Her doctor basically told her that “this just does not happen with this sort of cancer and the tumors have decreased significantly by 25-30%!!!”
    My mother started taking Plexus back in August of this year (2017) and seems to be doing great with it. She said that her joints and knee pain has subsided and she has lost 20 lbs!

    After hearing that, I began researching Plexus a little more. As I mentioned, I am starting my 4th week- I started taking Plexus-Slim, BioCleanse, & ProBio 5 on October 27th. I have also introduced X-Factor and Ease into my daily routine. I only take Ease as needed for pain and discomfort, which is now on a daily basis and not sure how much is too much to take.
    After just a couple of weeks, I started experiencing a lot of “die-off” symptoms such as joint & muscle pain that I had not ever experienced before. I checked with my Aunt, who is an Ambassador for Plexus, to see if this was normal, and she explained that it was. She sent me a list of potential symptoms of the die-off process and really the only one that I was experiencing was the joint/muscle pain. I would imagine that I have a lot of candida in my body that Plexus is trying to “flush out” after being prescribed the medications that I currently take; along with Ibuprofen, antibiotics, steroid injections & meds, pain meds for back pain and birth control when I was younger. Yikes!!

    As of today, the pain in my elbow and arm are about to drive me crazy! I spent last night with a heating pad on my elbow/arm to try and reduce the level of pain, along with taking 2 Ease tablets. It seemed to take the edge off a little, but I was still pretty uncomfortable.

    After reading/hearing about what Plexus has done for others and how people that used to be on several different medications are now either taking none or down to one, I cannot even fathom that at this point. I plan to continue to use the Plexus products and even placed an order today for Block, Vital Biome and more Ease, as I’m anxious to find out if this is going to help me. If you can provide any information or advise, it would be greatly appreciated.

      Another thing is to be very mindful of your diet so as not to “feed” the yeast you’re trying to regulate. The yeast crave starchy sugars to survive…and like with anything, survival is what we all fight for. So fight back the best you can loading up on veggies, fiber, lean proteins and healthy fats that feed the good bacteria and assist with optimal gut flora health.

      Be mindful that something can work perfectly for one person, while it may not be ideal for another. This can be due to an array of reasons (genetics, diet, lifestyle, medication, environment, specific goals, etc.) Like I said, your diet is the most important thing to focus on.       So keep working on it every day and do the best you can. Creating healthier “trade offs” is critical to achieving this for the longterm.

      The Ease supplement, you can take more than two, if I am not mistaken you can take more than two as needed for the level of pain you have. Also as far as the Fibromalgia symptoms you may have, may also be something else as well. It could be Rheumatoid arthritis ,which also needs to be ruled out. I have a friend that is dealing with RA, in her joints, just something to check into.
