Powerblock Sumo Squat

This video will demonstrate the sumo squat with powerblock or dumbbell for additional challenge. No other equipment is needed.

The Breakdown
Stand with your feet wide and pointing out, holding the dumbbell in your hands slightly lower than your waist. Bend your knees and squat down and do not let your knees overlap toes. Straight down, then straight back up. Squeeze your butt when you are up, then lower again.
