Push It To The Extreme (home workout)

This is a super tough workout that is done in a “tri-set” style (three exercises grouped together and repeated three times as fast as you can). To keep it simple, there are three rounds of this workout too. So just think tri-set-three, rounds-three and then let’s get started and push through this.

Be sure to warm up first so that your muscles will be ready to Push It To The Extreme 😉

Here is ROUND ONE. This will be an all over body pump that will get your heart rate pumping to the max and warm up all your muscles.

The Breakdown
– 10 Scissor Jump Knee Raises
– 10 Half Burpee with Jump Squat
– 10 Push Ups
REPEAT THIS ROUND THREE TIMES AS FAST AS YOU CAN FOR TIME.

Alrighty, we finished that round, but we still have two more to go. Let’s take a one minute break (try not to do any longer than that as we want to keep our heartbeats up for the next part). Grab a small drink of water and now let’s push on to ROUND TWO.

The Breakdown
– 10 Alternating Bicep Curls
– 10 Standing Shoulder Press
– 10 Bent Knee Jumping Jacks
REPEAT THIS ROUND THREE TIMES AS FAST AS YOU CAN FOR TIME.

Okay, this is going to be the final push. We gotta dig deep within ourselves and fight through the fatigue. Come on! I know we got this!
Time to knock out ROUND THREE.

– 10 TKO Crunch
– 10 Leg Lifts
– 10 Calf Steps (alternating)

2241PS: If you struggle with energy and focus during the day, then it could be adrenal fatigue (like it was for me). Adding in a good quality B Complex did the trick and now I have laser focus and awesome natural energy. And no, it doesn’t effect me getting a good night’s sleep at all. So double score!
