Quick, Easy, & Effective Cool Down And Stretching Routine

This is one of my go-to stretch routines for when I’m in hurry and super pressed for time. Getting a warmup in before training and some good stretching in after you’re finished is so important. I hope this short stretch routine shows you how easy and quick it can be and prevent you from skipping this very important step in your fitness and training.
