Scissor Pushup

A twist to the pushup and is a more intense workout on your chest. You won’t need any equipment for this. It uses body weight only.

The Breakdown
Get into the plank position with your back straight and core tight (just like you would for a regular pushup). Bring one hand toward you and move the opposite hand away from you. Do the pushup, then scissor your hands into the new position and repeat.
