Shoulder Raises & Flyes

This video will demonstrate how to do a proper shoulder raise and shoulder fly. The equipment you will need is two powerblocks or dumbbells.

The Breakdown
Watch the video to see various movements for each of these exercises. It’s important when doing these to keep your back straight and your core tight. If you feel a pinch anywhere in your shoulders or upper back, adjust the angle of the weights until you find what’s comfortable for you.
