Skull Crushers

This is a tutorial of a fantastic exercise that targets your triceps. You will need two powerblocks (dumbbells) and a bench for this.

The Breakdown
Holding the weights, lay your back flat on the bench and bring the dumbbells to where your elbows are level with your head. Now lock them in place as you will not move your elbows again until the exercise is finished. Rotate the weights up and down slowly.
