Squat and Powerblock Squat

A demonstration of the basic squat without weight and then showing you how to do it properly with powerblocks (dumbbells).

The Breakdown
Stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart. Squat down swinging your butt out, careful not to let your knees overlap your toes, and get your butt down below your thighs. Then get back up and repeat.
