Standing Shoulder Press

This is one of my absolute favorite exercises. All you will need is 2 powerblocks or dumbbells.

The Breakdown
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and bend down and grab the dumbbells in each hand. Slowly swing them up just above your shoulders, level with your ears. Keep your back straight and core tight, then press up into the air. Slowly lower the weights back above your shoulders and repeat.
